Record Setting Eight Sooners Named All-Region

Mid-America Sports Construction renovated the University of Oklahoma Sooners softball field last winter. The renovations included new infield dirt, a synthetic turf halo behind home plate, and new sod in the outfield and foul territories. The Sooners must enjoy playing on their new field because a record tying 8 softball players were named to the all-region team this spring.
Senior Erin Miller, sophomores Kelsey Arnold and Paige Parker and freshmen Caleigh Clifton and Shay Knighten were all selected for the All-Region First Team. Sophomore Lea Wodach and freshman Sydney Romero were placed on the All-Region Second Team, while freshman Fale Aviu was named to the All-Region Third Team.
Mid-America Sports Construction was glad to be part of the field renovation. We wish luck to the (47-7) girls in the remainder of their season!
